You don't need another app for your business, you need an operating system.

I spent two years convinced my problem was tooling. Wrong CRM. Wrong project manager. Wrong AI tool. So I kept swapping. New CRM in January, different PM app by March, three AI writing tools by the summer, and a Notion workspace I built over a bank holiday weekend and abandoned by the following Friday. None of it fixed anything, because the problem was never the tool. I didn’t have an operating system. An OS is not an app. It is the place where work lives, where your processes are written down, and where decisions get made. It is the thing you open first thing in the morning and last thing before the laptop shuts. Everything else is a spoke. There is a simple test for whether you have one. If a client emails you asking where their project is up to, can you answer without opening four different tabs and searching your inbox? If a contractor started on Monday, is there a single place you could point them at? If you disappeared for a week, would anything survive except what’s in your head?
